Bonefish Grill Gluten-Free Menu

I have known for a while that Bonefish Grill is one of the chain restaurants that is fairly reliable when it comes to gluten-free offerings. With an extensive menu featuring dishes from the land and sea, Bonefish has plenty to please every member of your family and dining party.  This post contains Bonefish Grill’s current gluten-free dinner and brunch offerings, but does not list other allergens. To read my full Bonefish […]

Legal Sea Foods Review

Legal Seafood is a northeastern chain that I am definitely familiar with from travels throughout the Northeast, but have never eaten at as a gluten-free diner. After a busy afternoon of visiting the Holocaust Memorial Museum and wandering about the National Mall, I made my way over to Chinatown for an early dinner at Legal Seafood after several recommendations from readers as well as several great reviews of their allergen-handling […]

Glory Days Grill Review

While moving back up to Maryland a couple weeks ago, my dad wanted to grab lunch with an old friend of his amidst all of the unpacking and supply runs. Wanting to mesh his tastes with my gluten-free needs, I suggested Glory Days Grill, which was a short drive away, which offered an extensive gluten-free menu as well as plenty of sports-related watching and eating to satisfy his friend and […]

Carrabba's Italian Grill Review

If the soup is uninspired, my entree would be described as the polar opposite. I went with the wood grilled salmon with a side of Italian green beans. The salmon, made without the grill baste, came topped with a tomato basil vinaigrette that was downright tantalizing. Made with flavorful tomato, aromatic basil, and deliciously distinctive balsamic vinegar. The fish itself was cooked perfectly, easily sliced by a fork. The green beans, cooked with olive oil, featured […]

Gluten-free Friendly Restaurants at Universal Orlando CityWalk

CityWalk at Universal Orlando Resort is a hot spot for tourists and locals alike. The restaurants are aplenty and the people watching is hard to beat. My goal this summer is to explore more of them, as I am a Universal Orlando passholder, but in the mean time, I’ve assembled a guide to gluten-free eats in this entertainment mecca.  With the exception of a few restaurants that I’ve actually eaten […]

Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free Favorite Products: April

Spring has sprung here in Maryland, bringing with it the mad dash to the finish of my freshman year. While I’m enjoying the beautiful weather, and upcoming transition back to Florida, I’m not a big fan of the stress, studying, and other not-so-joys of an foreboding finals week ahead. Luckily, the better weather has allowed to get out and about more, and peruse grocery stores both in my neck of the woods and in […]

Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free Favorite Products: March

March has been a pretty fabulous month for my blog and me. Celebrating a year of gluten-free blogging and my own birthday, there’s been plenty of celebrations to go around. Throwing a spring break with two gluten-free expos in two states into the mix, and you can see why I feel whiplash from all that’s been going on. Wrapping up the month, here’s my round-up of my favorite products that […]

Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant Review (Dinner)

After enjoying a wonderful brunch at Raglan Road, an authentic Irish pub and restaurant in Downtown Disney, I knew I wanted to go back for more and selected it as the spot for my birthday dinner. Besides, my birthday falls on the weekend before St. Patrick’s Day, and there’s no better place to party in Orlando on this day of Irish-mania. After a busy day at Living Without’s Gluten-Free Food Allergy […]

Joe Squared Review

Although I’m a pretty dedicated pizza lover, Joe Squared is rare exception from the rule for me because I went there with the intent of ordering something other than pizza. Never one to pass up an opportunity for a slice (or the whole pie) Joe Squared is a locally renowned pizza place that serves up a variety of gluten-free and vegan offerings, but has no pizza option for those of us […]

Phillips Seafood Review

Now a part-time citizen of Maryland, I figured the only way to break into the local culture is to seek out Baltimore’s famous crab cakes as my first meal in my new home. In researching, trial and error proved to be the name of the game as I discovered that some restaurants I found right off the bat were disqualified due to hidden dairy in their preparations. Finally, I found a gluten and […]
