Meet Locke

The past two weeks have been a whirlwind for me as I have been finishing up my senior year of high school and have been in training full-time with my new service dog Locke. This two year old yellow lab is incredibly intelligent and has helped me become even more independent thanks to his advanced training to fulfill the roll of a working dog. This past Saturday, we officially graduated as a Canine Companions for Independence service team, which marks the beginning of our joint journey through life. Though Eating Out Without will continue to be a gluten and dairy free focused blog, Locke might pop up here and there as my new dining companion!
